The economy is not a process in which resources automatically convert into outcomes. It is a process in which resources, time, coordination, and judgment structures jointly determine whether an economic state can be realized.

Originator of the Chrono-Economics theoretical system. Completed the foundational work under dual constraints of resource and time, reconstructing economic feasibility and establishing a formal analytical framework in which time functions as an endogenous constraint rather than a background variable. The framework introduces the real realizability set R(λ,t), temporal shadow cost, and coordination constraints as core analytical tools for determining the conditions of economic state realization. Building on empirical research in real estate, industrial and regional economics, and elderly financial economics (1997–2017), the research program extended toward unified theoretical system construction, addressing coordination capacity, institutional stability, and system dynamic boundaries under high-frequency conditions. Recent work extends the framework to AI economics, fiscal-financial systems, global supply chains, industrial transformation, and demographic change, incorporating systemic judgment structures as a key variable affecting market time windows and coordination capacity.
